Sales Operations Specialist

What will you be doing?

• managing the CRM system – updating and checking data, working with contacts, preparing materials
• handling new business opportunities – researching and verifying information, preparing leads for the sales team
• supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks (preparing offers, tracking projects, participating in events)
• providing materials and information for our business partners

Who are we looking for?

• a detail-oriented and reliable person who enjoys completing tasks thoroughly
• someone who enjoys working with data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel at a good user level)
• a communicative personality – both in writing and speaking, in Czech and English
• a person eager to learn new things and grow professionally

What will be useful?

• English at a level where you can handle emails and everyday work communication
• driving license (category B) – useful occasionally
• experience with CRM systems is an advantage, but we will be happy to teach you

👉 We mainly work from our Brno office, but home office 1–2 days a week is part of our standard.
